Chapel Cleaning Machines

The following article was reported in the local press.

Chapel make clean sweep online

A Rossendale cleaning company is sweeping up the opposition after launching its new website.

Within minutes of the site going live on the internet the Crawshawbooth-based company received a telephone enquiry from a company in Huddersfield for one of their specialist cleaners and before the end of the day the machine had been delivered.

"It has had an immediate impact on the business. It is generation a dozen enquiries a day already," says delighted marketing manager Kerry Hardman.

Chapel Cleaning Machines supply and maintain a vast range of cleaning machines for industrial, commercial and leisure facilities and their machines were used to help keep the City of Manchester stadium clean during the Commonwealth Games.

Adds Kerry: "We have been in business 32 years and it is a very competitive market but we believe this site will help us keep ahead of the pack.

"From the feedback we have received www.chapelcleaning.co.uk is popular because it is packed with valuable information. It explains which machine is suitable for a particular job and that kind of advice inspires confidence in the company.

"When we developed it we approached it from the point of view that people might not know what kind of machine they want but they know what they want cleaning.

"I was doubtful at first but the internet is making a real difference to the way we do business."

The site was designed by another Rossendale-based company Imakewebsites, who specialise in making sure web users are guided to sites they have designed.

iMakeWebSites director says: "The Chapel Cleaning Machines project is a perfect example of how we help traditional businesses use the internet as a marketing tool.

"Our sites are designed to be user friendly and we also ensure that sites are easily found when people search for products".
